As our Brand Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our creative journey and the face of our brand, driving our content strategy and crafting narratives that captivate and engage our audience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies across various platforms. From blog posts and social media campaigns to email marketing and video production, your creativity will be the driving force behind our brand's storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage our content calendar, and measure the impact of your work through analytics. Responsibilities:

  • Content/Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company goals, including content planning, creation, distribution, and analysis.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and the planning and coordination of photo shoots.
  • Audience Research: Conduct audience research to understand customer personas, needs, and preferences, tailoring content to target specific audiences effectively.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Social Media Management: Work with the Social Media Coordinator to manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, creating and curating content for social media platforms.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Forge strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant industry influencers, organizations, and brands.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, and analysis.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Website Content: Manage the creation of compelling website images that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Product Marketing Copy: Write product descriptions that highlight the unique features and benefits of our offerings, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all content materials, maintaining and enhancing the company's brand identity.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance using data and analytics tools. Use insights to refine content strategies and improve results.
  • Content Distribution: Implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement, including partnerships, collaborations, and promotion.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to develop and produce content.
  • Budget Management: Manage the content marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Content Guidelines: Establish and maintain content guidelines, standards, and best practices for the organization.
